Late Monday night, the Portland Trailblazers told reporters that Nurkic had suffered multiple compound fractures in his lower left leg. The Bosnian-native was jumping for a rebound when he landed awkwardly on several Nets’ players, which caused him to suffer the gruesome injury. Nurkic left the game on a stretcher with the help of several Blazers’ players and was transported to a local hospital.
