According to several new reports, Warriors’ superstar Kevin Durant could potentially return sometime during the Western Conference Finals. One report also noted that the Warriors would evaluate Durant’s situation in about a week.
The superstar suffered a mild calf strain during Golden State’s 104-99 win over the Rockets on Wednesday. According to Dr. Alan Beyer, an orthopedic surgeon and executive medical director at the world-famous Hoag Orthopedic Institute, Durant could return somewhere between Games 5 and 6 in the Western Conference Finals, should the Warriors advance to it. Beyer also noted that it might be possible for Durant to return during Game 4 of the WCF, but cautioned heavily against it.
